• Nutrition guidance: Macro recommendations and meal framework (sustainable, not restrictive)
• App access: Every workout with video demos and progress tracking

• Virtual: $497 — work with your coach via video from anywhere
• In-Person: $597 — train at our Salt Lake City area facility

• Q: I'm a beginner — is this for me? A: Yes. The program is fully customized to your starting point. Whether you haven't exercised in years or you're training for a specific event, we meet you where you are.
• Q: What equipment do I need for virtual? A: We design around what you have. Gym access is great but not required — we can program effective workouts with minimal or no equipment.
• Q: What if I miss a workout? A: Life happens. Your coach adjusts the plan. The program is flexible — consistency matters more than perfection.
• Q: Is the nutrition guidance a strict diet? A: No rigid meal plans. We provide macro targets and a flexible framework so you can eat foods you enjoy while hitting your goals.
